Job summary

Geek+ is seeking a Solutions Engineer to translate client warehouse data into actionable, robot-driven automation designs. You will analyze order profiles, SKU velocity, inventory, throughput, and seasonality to size and design systems that meet real-world needs.

You’ll validate designs with numbers and coordinate with WMS/WES engineers and robotics teams to ensure builds match plans. You’ll serve as the technical primary contact for partners ranging from startups to Fortune 500s, able to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D layout.
Proficiency in PowerBI or Excel.
Strong problem-solving and data analytics skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Able to work both collaboratively and independently.
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

Discovery and solution design: Run in-depth consultations with clients to understand warehousing requirements, challenges, and objectives.
Discovery and solution design: Serve as the subject matter expert on Geek+ AMR products and solutions.
Discovery and solution design: Design, customize, and propose automation solutions that fit client needs, budget constraints, and best practices.
Discovery and solution design: Build automation roadmaps that account for each customer's growth and transformation plans.
Client engagement: Prepare and deliver presentations that walk clients through the proposed solution, ROI, and timeline.
Client engagement: Align solution design with general contractors and subcontractors involved with the robotic system.
Documentation and technical rigor: Produce detailed technical documentation, including architecture, diagrams, and specifications.
