Job summary

Microblink, a global Identity Intelligence OS, seeks a Solutions Engineer to bridge Sales, Customer Success, and Product. You will craft onboarding journeys, design technical solutions, and build trust across client ecosystems for long-term success.

You’ll lead end-to-end technical delivery, deliver tailored demos, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to continuously improve offerings. This is a high-growth role with flexible remote/hybrid options and equity opportunities.

Qualifications

5–8 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar technical role.
2+ years in Identity Verification (IDV) or Identity and Access Management (IAM).
Experience supporting both pre-sales and post-sales engagements, including demos, RFP responses, and discovery sessions.
Excellent customer-facing skills across multiple levels and departments in large orgs.
Strong technical acumen with APIs, web, iOS, Android, and system integration.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales and Customer Success to shape deal and account strategy and lead onboarding experiences.
Lead with a solutions-first mindset—ask questions to align implementations with business outcomes.
Serve as the technical DRI throughout design, QA, and deployment phases.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support to share insights and drive product improvements.
Own technical components of RFPs, RFIs, and solution proposals.
Deliver customized product demos across web, iOS, Android, and cloud platforms.
