Job description

Boston (in office 3 days/week)
Implementation
Reports to VP Implementation

We're not just closing the digital divide; we're reconnecting distributed organisations, enabling seamless communication, and re-engaging employees like never before. Blink, a mobile-first employee experience platform, puts everything employees need right in their hands. With teams in Boston, London, and Sydney, we're making waves worldwide, partnering with industry leaders like Domino’s, JD Sports and McDonald’s.

What will you be doing?

Our Implementation team is a global team with a customer-focused ethos and a mission to deliver seamless software implementations that drive high user adoption, engagement, and instant business value. We are seeking an Implementation Associate to join our team and support the delivery of Blink to customers across the US.

This role blends project coordination, stakeholder communication, technical curiosity, and time management to support successful deployments of Blink within large, complex organizations. You’ll assist senior team members on high-impact projects and independently manage a portfolio of smaller customer implementations, giving you hands‑on experience across the full project lifecycle.

This is an excellent opportunity for a new or recent graduate, or someone early in their career, who is passionate about technology, communication, and making an impact. You’ll gain valuable exposure to enterprise SaaS delivery, client‑facing project work, and the foundations of project management and consulting. Spanish language skills are a strong plus, as we support a growing number of Spanish‑speaking customers across the US.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Support the implementation of Blink for large‑scale enterprise accounts under the guidance of an Implementation Manager or Enterprise Implementation Manager
  • Lead and manage the delivery of Blink for a portfolio of smaller customers, following the Blink implementation methodology
  • Deliver content to support enterprise implementations, such as demos, presentations, workshops, webinars, meetings, training, and more
  • Act as a project coordination lead on enterprise implementations, including scheduling meetings, taking notes, tracking actions and deadlines, and following up with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactively manage task lists, issue logs, and project trackers using tools such as Asana, JIRA, Google Sheets, and Excel
  • Assist with the preparation of project documentation, such as timelines, implementation plans, customer communications, and status reports
  • Support the team with simplifying and enhancing our existing processes through AI automations and tooling
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure customers are set up for success
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and supporting documentation of best practices
  • Support wider team operations as needed. This may include research, reporting, asset creation, and internal initiatives
About you

You’ll likely have some of the following:

  • A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Psychology, Computer Science, Communications, or similar)
  • Exposure to software implementations or experience managing digital systems in a large organization, either as an administrator or internal owner
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • A strong communicator, comfortable speaking with customers and internal teams alike
  • Comfortable with technology and digital tools, including AI — experience with Excel, Google Workspace, project management tools (e.g. Asana, JIRA), or CRM platforms is a bonus
  • A collaborative mindset and a team‑first attitude
  • Interest in working in a fast‑paced startup environment where things move quickly and every day is different
  • A natural problem‑solver who enjoys figuring things out and making things better
  • c.20% Travel required.
  • Spanish speaking is strongly preferred. Professional fluency in both English and Spanish, written and spoken, so you can run training and comms for Spanish‑speaking teams.

We don’t expect you to tick every box. If you’re excited about the role and eager to grow, we’d love to hear from you.
