Job summary

LangChain is seeking a Deployed Engineer to join the front line of our go-to-market motion, working directly with customers on production-scale AI integrations. You will own technical wins, lead architecture reviews, and design field-ready POCs across customer environments.

Collaborating with customer engineering teams, you will drive from prototype to rollout, ensuring reliable operation of agent-based solutions while delivering measurable impact on deployed workloads.

Qualifications

• Strong background in AI systems and production deployments.
• Experience conducting architecture reviews with security and reliability in mind.
• Ability to design field-ready proofs-of-concept that map to real customer use cases.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical win. Partner with AEs to scope evaluations and design POCs.
• Be the technical authority during architecture reviews and security discussions.
• Co‑architect and co‑build production AI agents with customer engineers.
• Help customers deploy and operate agent-based applications.
• Run demos and train customers on the deployed solutions.
