Job summary

LangChain is seeking a highly technical Solutions Engineer to lead the technical win in complex sales cycles. You will map customer use cases to production-ready AI agent deployments, design POCs that mirror real workloads, and partner with account executives from discovery through rollout.

You will co-create production AI agents with customer engineering teams, guide architecture decisions, and train developers through demos and workshops.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a relevant technical role (solutions or sales engineering, software).
• Comfort owning the technical thread in a sales cycle (discovery, POCs, architecture reviews).
• Ability to explain tradeoffs clearly to developer audiences and drive customer decisions.
• Proven track record of owning outcomes, not just recommendations.
• Experience deploying AI agents in production with LangChain or similar frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical win by scoping evaluations, running technical discovery, and designing POCs.
• Be the technical authority during architecture reviews, security and infrastructure questions.
• Co-architect and co-build production AI agents with customer engineering teams from prototype to rollout.
• Help customers deploy and operate agent-based applications such as conversational and research agents.
• Run demos, trainings, and workshops for developer audiences.
• Advise customers post-sale on architecture, best practices, and roadmap-level decisions.
• Surface field feedback to product and build reusable POC assets and example code.
• Contribute upstream code when it meaningfully improves customer outcomes.
