Job summary

Omni is seeking a Solutions Engineer to empower customers to extract more value from their data across the customer lifecycle. You will operate in a high-touch, forward-deployed model, leading complex evaluations and mentoring junior SEs, while helping shape product direction from field experience.

This hybrid SF role requires strong data analytics, SQL, and BI tool experience, plus the desire to grow into a pre‑sales career and collaborate across Product, Design, and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in data analytics or BI.
• Strong SQL skills for analytics.
• Interest in pre-sales career path.
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, PowerBI.
• Experience with customers/consulting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Senior Solutions Engineers and Sales to support technical discovery, demos, and POCs.
• Build and present POCs in the Omni platform for evaluation and teach customers to use Omni on their data.
• Support the transition of trials into successful customers with post-sales teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to relay user feedback and shape product direction.
