Responsibilities

• Partner with a Professional Solutions Engineer during projects.
• Shadow customer calls and assist with workshops and technical concept events.
• Meet weekly with SE Interns and mentors to discuss learnings.
• Learn to present technical concepts to customers and uncover their needs.
• Collaborate on developing knowledge resources for future cohorts.
• Improve evangelizing technique by discussing Cisco products with customers.
