• Actively pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Strong academic record and willingness to continue enrollment after internship.
• Available to work 40 hours a week for 12 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Shadow customer calls and assist with presentation development, workshops, and proof events as the account team moves toward close.
• Learn to present technical concepts to customers and discover their needs.
• Collaborate with peers to develop knowledge resources for future intern cohorts.
• Polish evangelizing technique by talking about Cisco products and services to customers (without being pushy).
