You will collaborate with your team to design and deliver technology solutions for real‑world customer environments, with potential focus in Data Center, Cloud, Security, Collaboration, or Enterprise Networking. You’ll build practical consulting skills while tackling challenges in retail, healthcare, education, and public/private sectors, under guidance and mentorship from Cisco

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program (Associate’s or Bachelor’s).
• Qualifying education should be in Information Systems, Cyber Security, Computer Networking, Computer Science or Engineering or a related field.
• Expected to continue enrollment in degree program following completion of the internship.
• Knowledge of IT systems, networking concepts, TCP/IP protocols, network devices and applications, and the OSI model.
• Proficient in Python, REST APIs, Automation.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver technology solutions for Cisco customers in real‑world environments.
• Collaborate with the CX team across Data Center, Cloud, Security, Collaboration, or Enterprise Networking domains.
• Gain practical experience through active projects and contribute ideas for innovative solutions.
