Job summary

TikTok is seeking an intern to join its Solutions Engineering team for a 12-week summer program. You will help identify and solve technical challenges by architecting and building solutions, partnering with Ads product and engineering teams, and supporting client success across cross-functional stakeholders.

This internship offers hands-on experience, industry exposure, and development workshops while applying your knowledge to real-world challenges and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Experience shipping production quality code.
• Familiar with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Python, Go, Java, C/C++.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to collaborate with various sized stakeholder groups internally and externally.
• Demonstrated knowledge of API and backend systems design.
• Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer 2027.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with customers' and partners' technical teams and support joint engineering roadmaps.
• Partner with sales teams to identify technical solutions that address advertisers' business goals.
• Build and deliver products and end-to-end customized solutions in collaboration with Ads product and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide technical insights and influence product development roadmaps to address customer and business needs.
