Job summary

TikTok is offering a Product Solutions and Operations Project Intern position in San Jose for Summer-Fall 2026. You will contribute to the ads interface and platform product, support strategy and operations initiatives, and work with product managers, data analysts, and regional teams on short-term projects.

This internship provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to conduct user research, analyze feedback, draft strategy documents, and help improve workflows

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• Strong data analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insight.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to intern for 3 months or longer; candidates available to work 5 days a week preferred.
• Must commit to a 12-week full-time period during Summer-Fall 2026.
• Background in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, Management or CS, with familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, data visualization tools, or market research methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support product strategy and operations initiatives, including market research, competitive analysis and user behavior analysis
• Track key product and business metrics; synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations
• Partner with product managers, operations, data analysts, and regional teams to support project planning, execution, and follow-through
• Conduct user research and analyze feedback to surface pain points and identify opportunities for product iteration and growth
• Draft and organize strategy documents, operations reports, project retrospectives, and stakeholder presentations
• Help streamline internal workflows, data dashboards, and operating mechanisms to improve team efficiency
