Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics engineering.
• 3–7 years in design, application, or systems engineering in automation or motion control.
• Strong understanding of motion control systems, motors, drives and gearing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and customers to understand requirements and success criteria.
• Define and document technical requirements, performance, environmental, and integration needs.
• Develop system-level solutions and choose motors, drives, gearing for applications.
• Create technical documentation packages with architecture diagrams and performance calculations.
• Support new business development and provide technical content for proposals.
• Provide feedback to Product Management and collaborate with Engineering for feasibility and improvements.
• Assist in product training for Sales and commercial teams.
