Qualifications

• Ability to translate customer requirements into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and customers to understand application requirements, constraints, and success criteria
• Define and document technical requirements, including performance, environmental, and integration needs
• Develop system-level solutions using standard or minimally modified product platforms
• Provide clear technical recommendations aligned with performance, cost, and scalability objectives
• Generate complete technical documentation packages and diagrams
• Support deployment, troubleshooting, and post-sales activities
