Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field required.
• 3-6 years of experience in systems engineering, application engineering, or design engineering within automation or motion control.
• Strong understanding of motion control systems, electric motors, drives, and integrated system architectures.
• Experience with system integration, testing, and validation in industrial or automation environments.
• Ability to translate application requirements into system-level designs.

Responsibilities

• Develop system-level architectures integrating motors, drives, gearing, and control systems.
• Translate customer application requirements into structured system designs.
• Define performance requirements, system constraints, and integration considerations.
• Support trade-off analysis to optimize performance, cost, and scalability.
• Develop and execute validation plans to ensure system performance and reliability.
• Perform system-level testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
