Qualifications

• Advanced Active Directory knowledge from domain controllers to user provisioning.
• Proficient in Windows/Server across physical and virtual environments.
• Microsoft 365 administration including license assignment.

Responsibilities

• Document activities and tickets daily in the ticketing system.
• Install and configure network, server, VoIP hardware and Microsoft 365 infrastructure.
• Travel up to 25-50% for client evaluations and projects.
• Provide escalation support for junior staff.
