Job summary

United Systems, LLC is seeking a Solutions Engineer III to join the Professional Services Team in Oklahoma City. The role focuses on completing client IT projects and designing solutions for customer projects, including initial configuration and installation of network, server, VoIP hardware, and Microsoft 365 infrastructure.

The engineer will provide advanced support after installation, document activities, and travel up to 25–50% for client evaluations and projects.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to analyze business requirements to develop IT solutions.
• Experience in configuring and installing network and server hardware, VoIP hardware, and M365 infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Document activities, projects, and tickets in the ticketing system daily.
• Hand off in-progress tickets before shift end.
• Design, test, and inspect data, server, and VoIP systems.
• Travel up to 25–50% for client evaluations and projects.
