Job summary

United Systems, a Blue Alliance company, seeks a Solutions Engineer III to join the Professional Services Team. This role focuses on completing client IT projects and designing solutions for customer projects.

You will be responsible for initial configuration and installation of network, server, VoIP, and Microsoft 365 infrastructure, with advanced post-install support. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience designing IT solutions from business requirements.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and AD.
• Ability to install and configure network, server, and VoIP hardware.

Responsibilities

• Document all activities, tickets, and projects daily in the ticketing system.
• Manage in-progress handoffs at shift end.
• Create or update IT Glue articles documenting new findings.
• Analyze business requirements to develop IT solutions.
• Design, test, and inspect data, server, and VoIP systems.
• Perform infrastructure capacity analysis and planning.
