Job summary

Diligent is seeking a Solutions Engineer in New York to collaborate with Sales, translating complex GRC challenges into clear, business-focused solutions and leading demos for small to mid-sized opportunities.

You will design architectures, articulate cross-platform value of the Diligent One Platform, and work with Product teams to relay customer feedback while driving deal progression in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Ethics & Compliance, GRC, or corporate compliance.
• Experience delivering demos or evaluations for SaaS platforms.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to partner with Sales to drive commercial outcomes.
• Curious, self-driven with growth mindset and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales activities for small to mid-sized opportunities.
• Deliver tailored software demonstrations showing business value.
• Engage with Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Governance, Risk & Audit teams.
• Translate customer pain points into solution narratives.
• Own the technical win for opportunities and contribute to strategy.
