Job summary

F5 Networks, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Engineer II to support our sales organization by providing technical expertise, product demonstrations, and solution design support for customer engagements. This role operates under moderate supervision and starts exercising independent judgment.

The ideal candidate will conduct product presentations, prepare technical proposals, and partner with sales teams to meet customer needs. Familiarity with cloud technologies and programming languages such as Python or JavaScript is essential for success.

Qualifications

Familiarity with network infrastructure and high-availability architectures.
Understanding of cloud and virtualization technologies.
Detailed understanding of web protocols and application architectures.
Exposure to programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Golang.
Understanding of Kubernetes concepts and architectures.
Experience building and presenting demo environments.

Responsibilities

Conduct detailed product presentations and demonstrations for customers.
Prepare technical proposals and configurations aligned to customer requirements.
Partner with sales teams to understand customer needs.
Provide basic troubleshooting assistance and escalate issues as needed.
