Qualifications

• 2+ years in a technical role, product management, or customer-facing position.
• Fundamental knowledge of API concepts and web technologies.
• Detail-oriented and able to document requirements effectively.
• Natural problem-solver who enjoys finding solutions to complex challenges.
• Adaptable and able to navigate ambiguity with confidence.
• Highly collaborative and able to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical consultations and design implementation strategies for Baselayer's identity verification solutions.
• Guide customers through API integrations and ensure successful deployment.
• Create technical documentation and implementation plans for customer needs.
• Deliver technical demonstrations showcasing Baselayer's capabilities.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams across projects.
• Develop implementation guides and solution architectures for various scenarios.
• Educate customers on Baselayer's products and APIs.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams.
• Stay current with identity verification trends and technologies.
• Provide ongoing post-implementation technical guidance to ensure success.
