Job summary

You will gather requirements, draft SOWs, support discovery calls, and contribute to standard offerings, templates, and reusable content while aligning with delivery capabilities and ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project management, professional services delivery, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work with multiple stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Support development of service estimates, assumptions, risks, dependencies, exclusions, and pricing models for CSE engagements.
• Assist in creation and review of Statements of Work (SOWs), proposals, service descriptions, and other customer-facing documentation.
• Gather and organize business, technical, and operational requirements from customers and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in customer discovery calls and requirements discussions.
• Identify information gaps and potential scope or delivery risks for senior review.
• Develop structured solution recommendations for review by senior Solutioning resources.
• Coordinate information across stakeholders to identify dependencies and assumptions.
• Assist in maintaining solutioning templates, estimation models, and reusable content libraries.
• Contribute to service catalogs, offerings, and standard templates.
