Qualifications

• 2+ years in a technical role, product management, or customer-facing position
• Fundamental knowledge of API concepts and web technologies
• Detail-oriented and able to document requirements effectively
• Natural problem-solver who enjoys finding solutions to complex challenges
• Adaptive and able to navigate ambiguity with confidence
• Highly collaborative and able to work with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Technical Consultation: Help understand customer requirements and design implementation strategies for Baselayer's identity verification solutions
• Implementation Support: Guide customers through API integrations and ensure successful deployment of Baselayer products
• Solution Design: Create technical documentation and implementation plans addressing specific customer needs
• Product Demonstrations: Deliver technical demonstrations that showcase Baselayer's capabilities
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with sales, product, and engineering teams
• Technical Documentation: Develop implementation guides and solution architectures for various customer scenarios
• Customer Training: Educate customers on Baselayer's products and APIs
• Feedback Loop: Communicate customer feedback to product and engineering teams
• Continuous Learning: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in identity verification
• Post-implementation Support: Provide ongoing technical guidance to ensure customer success
