Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or similar field.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and executives to grow opportunities.
• Articulate value and identify technical solutions for customer satisfaction.
• Support sales strategies with product knowledge and demos.
• Provide technical insights during presentations and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with field sales and external reps to uncover challenges.
• Use consultative approach to understand pains and present solutions.
• Coordinate product demonstrations for prospects.
• Assist in proposals and responses to RFIs/RFPs with product knowledge.
• Provide pricing and technical proposals for customer inquiries.
• Coordinate meetings/trainings with customers with Product Management.
