Reality Defender Inc. is seeking a Solutions Engineer to lead technical discovery and proofs of concept with banks, government agencies, and enterprise security teams.

You’ll tailor demos, explain detection results, and guide API/SDK integrations across contact centers and identity workflows. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role, a track record of successful PoCs, and comfort discussing probabilistic results with technical and executive audiences.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar) selling cybersecurity, fraud prevention, identity, or AI/ML to enterprise buyers.
• Track record of running proofs of concept that convert, with clear success criteria and on-schedule evaluations.
• Hands-on with APIs and integrations; able to read code and build a demo; working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Able to explain probabilistic results (confidence scores, false positives/negatives) to technical and executive audiences.
• Experience selling into regulated buyers (financial services, government, defense) with security review/compliance exposure.
• Familiarity with contact center and identity verification platforms; security clearance is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead technical discovery and run proofs of concept testing our detection models against customer media.
• Build and deliver demos tailored to each buyer’s use case (fraud, impersonation, KYC) beyond a standard feature tour.
• Explain detection results in plain terms and discuss threshold tuning for risk tolerance.
• Guide customers through API/SDK integration into existing systems (contact center, video conferencing, identity verification).
• Own the technical side of security reviews, questionnaires, and RFPs with regulated buyers.
• Translate field feedback into actionable input for Product, Engineering, and Research.
• Create reusable demo environments, scripts, and integration guides to accelerate deals.
• Collaborate with Engineering or Research when questions exceed platform capabilities.
