Customer & Solutions New York City FullTime Mid level
The product itself exists because of AI, so the work sits close to how generative media is made and caught. Much of the demo building, integration scripting and questionnaire drafting can be sped up with AI tools, but judging what a detection score means for a given customer's risk and earning trust in a room stay human. The role also feeds field findings back to product and research, which keeps the loop between buyers and the models tight.
Working here means gaining hands on exposure to deepfake detection across audio, video, image and text, and to how detection models are tested against real customer samples. A candidate can build this by practicing with the company's API and SDKs, learning how confidence scores and thresholds behave, and studying synthetic media and fraud use cases in contact centres and identity checks. Familiarity with adversarial ML or digital forensics helps but is listed as a nice to have.
