Job summary
Foureyes in Oregon-based, remote-first company is hiring a Solutions Engineer to bridge Sales, Product, Implementation, and Support for Connect. You will lead demonstrations, scope use cases, validate data environments, and own onboarding integrations across CRM, DMS, and data warehousing.
Travel up to 25% and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer success. Applicants should have 2+ years in Solutions Engineering or Technical Consulting, experience with SaaS data integration
Qualifications
- 2+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting.
- Experience with SaaS data integration, APIs, workflow automation (N8N, Zapier, Make).
- Strong understanding of data structures, ETL processes, and customer data systems (CRM, DMS, website, inventory).
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and client communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead product demonstrations and identify customer-specific use cases.
- Scope technical requirements and validate environments during pre-sales.
- Own onboarding integrations (CRM, DMS, data warehouse) and data pipelines.
- Document architectures and workflows; assist with SOWs and enablement.
