Job summary

Foureyes is hiring a Solutions Engineer to bridge Sales, Product, Implementation, and Support, ensuring customer use cases are scoped, validated, and implemented. You will own data integrations, workflow automation, and warehouse connectivity, working directly with clients and internal teams to deliver scalable solutions.

This remote-first role requires leading integrations across CRM, DMS, and data warehouses, with travel up to 25% to support customers and deployments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting.
• Experience with SaaS data integration, APIs, workflow automation (N8N, Zapier, Make), and cloud data warehousing.
• Strong understanding of data structures, ETL processes, and customer data systems (CRM, DMS, website, inventory).

Responsibilities

• Lead product demonstrations for prospective customers, explaining how Foureyes Connect solves their problems.
• Participate in discovery sessions to assess system environments and data sources.
• Document technical architectures and data workflows to define customer data architectures related to Connect.
• Support the creation of SOWs and technical documentation for implementations.
