Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in solutions engineering or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language.
• Experience with SQL and data manipulation.
• Understanding of data formats and access patterns.
• Hands-on experience with AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Own customer integrations from scope to delivery.
• Demonstrate capabilities of Carbon Arc.
• Empower customers through documentation and support.
• Identify customer needs and establish reference solutions.
• Facilitate adoption and time-to-value discussions.
• Provide feedback to product and engineering teams.
