Qualifications

• 3+ years shipping production software or solutions close to customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language (Python preferred).
• Comfort with SQL and analyzing data.
• Hands-on AI experience.
• Experience in problem-solving with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own customer integrations from scope to delivery.
• Show possibilities with Carbon Arc products.
• Enable customers for self-sufficiency.
• Identify and meet customer needs.
• Drive adoption and contribute to sales discussions.
• Provide feedback to improve product development.
