Job summary
Premier Global Links LLC is seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to partner with Sales on technical engagements with enterprise and mid-market customers. The role serves as the technical bridge between customers and a B2B SaaS/API platform, leading technical discovery, API integration discussions, solution design, product demonstrations, and implementation planning.
The ideal candidate combines Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales experience with hands-on API integration and software
Qualifications
- 4+ years of Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Pre-Sales experience.
- Experience with B2B SaaS and API-based products.
- Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market customers.
- Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs and API integrations.
- Read and write code sufficiently to support technical integrations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Strong technical discovery, presentation, and solution-design skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value.
- Willingness to travel up to ~40%.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to lead technical discovery, qualification, scoping, and solution design.
- Design solutions for enterprise and mid-market customer requirements.
- Lead technical product demonstrations and presentations.
- Advise customers on REST APIs, integration architecture, and implementation approaches.
- Read API documentation and understand integration requirements.
- Perform technical gap analysis and develop appropriate solutions.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and customer-facing teams.
- Support technical customer questions and ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation.
- Provide product feedback and identify opportunities for improving technical solutions and processes.
