Job summary

Optimove is seeking a Solutions Engineer to sit at the center of our EMEA sales cycles, delivering demos, mapping customer needs to our AI-powered platform, and guiding technical discussions with prospects in iGaming, ecommerce, and finance sectors.

You’ll join a hybrid role in Dundee, working with account executives, data teams, and product specialists. Expect mentoring, learning opportunities, and conferences as part of your growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role (pre-sales, solutions consulting, technical account management, or related).
• Technical foundation with APIs, system integrations and data structures.
• Clear communicator about technology to engineers and non-technical audiences.
• Genuinely curious and eager to use AI tools to work smarter.
• Self-driven and comfortable with ambiguity; able to handle multiple deals.
• Excellent English and right to work in the UK.
• Hybrid role required in Dundee office 2 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead tech calls, integration discussions, and product deep-dives with new-business cycles.
• Build and deliver demos showing how the platform fits each prospect's needs.
• Map customer requirements to Optimove solutions and configure demonstrations accordingly.
• Become the go-to technical resource across the sales cycle and support RFP/RFI responses.
• Use AI to research prospects and create demo assets and stories.
• Coordinate with Data and Integration teams to align front and back stages.
• Support sales enablement and invest in your MarTech expertise and conferences.
• Travel occasionally to conferences and client sites.
