Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role (pre-sales, solutions consulting, or similar).
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and data structures.
• Excellent English and clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead tech calls, integration discussions, and product deep-dives with prospects.
• Build and deliver demos that map platform capabilities to prospect needs.
• Translate technical and business requirements into tailored Optimove solutions.
• Support RFP/RFI responses and collaborate with Data and Integration teams.
• Develop AI-driven demos and workflows to illustrate value.
• Travel occasionally to conferences and on-site visits.
