Meridian, the AI operating system for accounting firms, seeks a Solutions Engineer to be the accounting and technical authority in sales cycles. You will run product demos, lead PoCs with real client books, and stay with accounts through implementation and first close as a Meridian customer.

You will answer questions on revenue, multi-entity consolidation, and chart-of-accounts conventions, while shaping Meridian's sales process and materials for future growth.

Competenze

• 3 to 5 years of public accounting experience.
• Command of the month-end close, including categorization, reconciliations, accruals, financial statement prep.
• Credibility with firm leadership (partners, controllers, practice leads).
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online, Xero, or comparable ledgers.
• Clear communication; explain concepts to partners and IT leads.
• Structured problem solving and attention to detail.
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-moving product environments.

Mansioni

• Partner with Account Executives across qualification, discovery, demo, evaluation, and close.
• Support discovery with client leadership to understand close processes and tools.
• Run proof of concepts with real client data and demonstrate outcomes.
• Own the accounting answer in the room: revenue recognition, multi-entity consolidation, close timing.
• Handle technical due diligence on ledger connectivity, integrations, and security.
• Support implementation rollouts after signature and enable client portfolio onboarding.
• Build reusable assets: demo environments, scoping templates, guidance, enablement material.
• Bring field feedback to Product to influence the roadmap.
