Maximor is hiring an Accounting Solutions Consultant to sit at the intersection of accounting operations, customer workflow discovery, and solution implementation. This hybrid role involves pre-sale discovery of a company’s current accounting processes and translating our AI-driven automation into production-ready workflows, with deep experience in close processes and ERP configurations.

You will work with finance leaders, shape implementation pilots, and influence product delivery as Maximor

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of combined experience across accounting operations and technology/solutions roles.
• Career path from hands-on accounting to solutions/implementation roles.
• Experience with ERP systems and close management tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sale Accounting Discovery: understand end-to-end GL and sub-ledger workflows.
• Solution Design & Customer Implementation: translate workflows into automated Maximor solutions and align with ERP structures.
• Product & Internal Impact: collaborate with Product/Engineering to influence roadmaps and playbooks.
