MeridianLink, Inc. seeks an AI Architect, Internal Business Applications, to define and lead the reference architecture for AI and intelligent automation across MeridianLink's internal operations.

This role enables secure, scalable AI-powered workflows and accelerates enterprise transformation. You will own end-to-end design and development of modern AI solutions and intelligent automation platforms driving process optimization, analytics, decision intelligence, and autonomous workflows across

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software architecture, platform engineering, or AI/ML systems.
• 4+ years deploying production-scale AI systems with LLMs and orchestration.
• Deep expertise in modern AI architectures (LLM serving, RAG, orchestration).
• Proven enterprise-scale systems with observability and cost optimization.
• Strong Python and SQL; cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP); Docker/Kubernetes.
• Executive communication and stakeholder management; influence technical decisions.
• Security, data governance, privacy, and compliance understanding.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain architectural vision, standards, and governance for AI-first capabilities.
• Develop reference architectures for AI runtimes, security, identity, and data access.
• Set non-functional requirements, SLAs, and validation methodologies for AI solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI solution architectures and roadmaps.
• Design secure, compliant intelligent automation, document processing, and workflow optimization.
• Establish data integration strategies and governance for ERP/CRM/HCM platforms.
• Develop APIs and reusable services enabling scalable AI adoption across teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, feasibility, and roadmaps.
• Contribute to MLOps/LLMOps, including observability, lifecycle, and governance.
• Lead adoption and change management for AI-enabled solutions and automation.
