As the Accounting Solutions Consultant, you will translate complex accounting workflows into clear product solutions for CFOs and Controllers, and lead discovery calls to diagnose pain points in close processes, ERP limitations, and integration requirements. You will run demos tailored to each prospect’s workflows, own technical objections across integrations, data migration and security, and

Qualifications

• Exceptional accounting foundation including audit/public accounting or in-house finance at a tech or high-growth company.
• Deep understanding of CFO systems stack (ERP, billing, payroll, banking, AP/AR, FP&A, BI) and mapping workflows across tools.
• Experience with 1–2 complex accounting areas (e.g., revenue recognition, inventory, FX, leases, consolidation).

Responsibilities

• Translate complex accounting workflows into clear product solutions for CFOs and Controllers.
• Lead discovery calls to diagnose prospect pain points in close process, ERP limitations, and integration requirements.
• Run product demos tailored to each prospect's workflows, data, and success criteria (ASC 606 is a plus).
• Own technical objections across integrations, data migration, security, and reporting.
• Build proof-of-concepts and demo environments for different verticals.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize the roadmap with customer insights.
