Ladders is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. You will serve as a trusted technical partner to defense-focused accounts, shaping secure networking and cloud architectures to support mission-critical operations.

You will collaborate with account teams to advance go-to-market efforts, deliver compelling technical presentations, and guide stakeholders through solution design and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in customer-centric IT roles within the Defense sector.
• Active CCNP Enterprise (ENCOR) certification or commitment to obtain within 18 months.
• U.S. citizenship and residency in the DMV area.
• Current or former SECRET/Top Secret clearance preferred.

For our client, we are seeking a Solutions Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.

This role will serve as a trusted technical partner to defense-focused accounts, helping shape secure networking and cloud architectures that support mission‑critical operations. You will collaborate closely with account teams to advance go‑to‑market efforts, deliver compelling technical presentations, and guide stakeholders through solution design and adoption. The position also owns project outcomes from concept through completion, with a strong emphasis on customer engagement and execution.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $218,600 – $286,100 annually
