Comprehensive Logistics Co. located in Dearborn, MI, seeks a Solutions Engineer leader to drive end-to-end bids, RFQ solutions, and cross-functional planning with operations and sales.

This role emphasizes data-driven problem solving, process improvement in transportation and warehousing, and close collaboration with teams to win new business. The position demands experience in 3PL environments, preferred automotive exposure, and the ability to operate with limited supervision while delivering

Qualifications

• Prior 3pl experience is preferred, and Automotive experience
• Prior quoting experience in material handling preferred
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work with minimal direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Quoting potential new work, applying multi-tier solutions to present customer bids, owning quotes end-to-end across both VAA and MSS to be the single accountable Owner
• Developing solutions for RFQ’s
• Work directly with the operations and sales team to develop logical and operational plans
• Engage in and lead process improvement initiatives around transportation and warehousing solutions.
• Perform productivity analyses through work measurement, time and motion studies, and workplace design.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Travel Requirements: 50% or more

Overtime: up to 20%
