Job summary

Comprehensive Logistics Inc. (CLI) in Denton, Texas, is seeking an IT Technician to support inbound-to-manufacturing logistics and maintain our hardware, software, and proprietary systems across the operation.

You will work 3rd shift (11:00pm–7:30am), troubleshoot hardware and software, assist end-users and vendors, and collaborate with IT and operations teams to keep the warehouse running smoothly. Preferred candidates have 1+ years in help desk or installations, familiarity with WMS, strong

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Able to work independently and follow directions.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports operation of IT equipment including printers and Windows Mobile devices.
• Installs and maintains hardware, software, and our proprietary operational software.
• Troubleshoots, installs, and supports IT hardware and software.
• Works with end-users and vendors to resolve issues quickly.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supports the operation of all IT equipment including laser & thermal printers, Windows Mobile
• Installs and maintains hardware & software systems including our proprietary operational software.
• Installs, maintains, repairs, and supports all IT hardware.
• Troubleshoots, installs, and supports purchased and in-house software

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ years of strong hardware and network connectivity trouble-shooting skills, via phone and remote access.
• 1-2 years of experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Able to follow directions and work independently.
• Ability to interact with end-users, Vendors, and Customer IT departments.
• Exceptional customer service skills with experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and solving computer software and hardware related problems.
• Excellent organizational, and time management skills.

Schedule/ Shift: 3rd Shift Monday through Saturday (11:00pm to 7:30am)
