Job summary

Landis+Gyr is seeking a Solutions Director to drive technical sales for advanced grid solutions and DERMS. You will articulate technology positioning, translate market needs into actionable product insights, and lead RFx responses with enterprise customers.

You will collaborate with sales teams, partners, and product management while shaping strategic technology directions for utility customers globally. Requires strong communication and travel flexibility.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
Utility industry experience preferred.
Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, DERMS, and SaaS offerings.

Responsibilities

Provide solution consultation in support of Sales opportunities.
Develop pre-sales solutions aligned with customer use cases in Analytics, DERMS, Flexibility Management, Non-Wires Alternatives, Advanced Demand Response.
Work with Sales to develop account-winning strategies and provide technical support to close opportunities.
Define technical and business solutions by analyzing customer needs.
Translate market requirements into product positioning and strategy.
Deliver presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customers.
