Job summary

Larsen & Toubro in Dallas seeks Head – Technical Product Management, Grid Solutions, to provide technology leadership for the Grid Solutions portfolio. You will drive the technology roadmap, architecture, and platform innovations for DERMS, SCADA, WAMS, and PDC.

You will lead NTI and NPI initiatives, align product engineering with market needs, and guide global deployments with utilities, ensuring scalable, secure, interoperable grid software platforms.

Qualifications

• 18+ years in power systems, grid automation, or utility digital platforms.
• 10+ years leading product development or tech teams.
• Experience leading technical product management for grid software platforms such as DERMS, SCADA, WAMS, and data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute technology strategy for grid digital platforms.
• Drive architecture and roadmap for Grid Solutions portfolio.
• Lead NTI and NPI initiatives and transition to productization pipelines.
• Engage with utilities, grid operators, and energy developers.
• Mentor architects, PMs, and engineers; build global engineering capability.
