Experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Product Excellence, Strategy, Consulting, or a related discipline.
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience designing and delivering training, learning programs, or capability-building initiatives.

Responsibilities

Own and continuously evolve the firm's product strategy and management methodologies, standards, frameworks, templates, and playbooks.
Own the product strategy and management learning curriculum, including training modules and onboarding programs.
Maintain a centralized repository of product methodologies, tools, templates, case studies, and reusable assets.
Develop practical tools and templates for TAM/SAM/SOM, opportunity sizing, and business case development.
Monitor industry trends and drive adoption of improved product practices across teams.
