Job summary

Lumafield is seeking a Customer Solutions Delivery Program Manager to drive end-to-end technical solutions combining hardware and software for manufacturing and engineering challenges in the San Francisco area.

You will interact with executives, engineering teams, and technical staff to coordinate multiple programs across a customer’s organization and product lines. This role partners with the Head of Customer Success to scale delivery.

Qualifications

• B.S. in engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in engineering or related fields.
• Must be a US citizen or GC holder.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end program delivery for customer solutions that can involve hardware, software application development, and multiple system integrations.
• Collaborate with customers to define scope, requirements, and priorities, with a lens of driving value for their business.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define requirements and execute on them.
• Own scope and timelines for individual projects and broader programs by developing project plans, identifying and mitigating risks, and communicating early and often.
• Manage change and expectations internally and externally with customers.
• Drive process improvement by documenting lessons learned, establishing best practices, and developing scalable frameworks.
