Job summary

Lumafield is seeking a Customer Solutions Delivery Program Manager to drive the successful delivery of technical solutions that combine hardware and software to solve manufacturing and engineering challenges.

In this customer-facing role, you'll oversee the end-to-end development and implementation of solutions that require coordination across multiple teams and interfaces with executives, engineering, and staff both internally and with customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in engineering, project or program management, or comparable technical leadership.
• B.S. in engineering or related field.
• Experience advising customers on process improvement and lean manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end program delivery for customer solutions that may include hardware, software, and multiple integrations.
• Collaborate with customers to define scope, requirements, and priorities to drive business value.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define requirements and execute on them.
• Own scope and timelines by developing project plans, identifying risks, and communicating proactively.
