Job summary

Lumicity in San Leandro, CA seeks a Technical Program Manager to translate the technical roadmap into a concrete schedule and drive cross-functional execution onsite. This is a hands-on role overseeing hardware projects from design through commissioning with strong coordination across engineering, procurement, EPC partners, and field operations.

The candidate will manage risk, provide regular updates to leadership and investors, and ensure site readiness for multiple installations.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree is required; master's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of running technical programs in hardware, manufacturing, industrials, or process/chemical plant environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the master schedule across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning, translating the technical roadmap into milestones and priorities.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, EPC partners and field operations while managing equipment procurement, site readiness, commissioning, and open issues across both sites.
• Manage technical and schedule risks, drive issues to resolution and provide clear program updates to senior leadership, investors and stakeholders.
