You will provide architectural leadership, foster engineering culture, and partner with business leaders to align technology with strategic goals.

The role emphasizes delivery outcomes, platform health, and continuous improvement within a hybrid Pittston, PA onsite presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Related field or equivalent experience
• 15+ years of progressive software development experience
• 10+ years in engineering leadership
• Experience in regulated industries (insurance/finance)
• Strong cloud-based enterprise systems background
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsabilités

• Lead software engineering operations across 12-15 delivery teams
• Set goals, metrics and delivery expectations for autonomous teams
• Own delivery outcomes aligned to roadmap and risk management
• Provide architectural and technical leadership and manage technical debt
• Mentor senior engineers, tech leads and people managers
• Partner with business and product leaders to translate strategy into roadmaps
• Drive continuous improvement using Scrum, Kanban, DevOps and Lean practices
