Ashby in the United States is seeking a Solutions Consultant to bridge Customer Success, Product, and Support. You will be a post-sales technical SME on complex product areas and integrations, collaborating with customers directly to implement and optimize workflows.

You will lead discovery, best-practice configuration, and enablement content, working with Product and Support to scale solutions and improve outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience as Solutions Consultant or similar in a complex SaaS product.
• Ability to distill complex concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Enjoy live customer interaction and problem solving in real time.
• Comfort with ambiguity and building solutions where none exist.
• Strong expertise across product areas like IAM, workplace integrations, and API-driven configurations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a post-sales technical SME on complex product integrations and configurations.
• Lead customer-facing technical engagements, including discovery and best-practice advising.
• Collaborate with Product to surface pain points and inform new capabilities.
• Enable Support to focus on break/fix while designing scalable configurations.
• Translate insights into documentation, playbooks, and enablement content.
• Execute solutions from pre-sales to ensure alignment between expectations and outcomes.
