Job summary

Rentable, a remote-first PropTech company, seeks a Solutions Consultant to bridge ApartmentIQ with customers, driving revenue through tailored technical demonstrations and strategic guidance.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering, tailor solutions, and own the technical relationship through pilots and deployments across the US. Travel is up to 25% for key meetings and events.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering.
• Strong knowledge of multifamily competitive intelligence, market data, revenue management tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech stack experience (Salesforce, Zoom, Salesloft, Gong, Zoominfo, etc.).
• Multifamily sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Master the Solution: architect tailored technical solutions aligned to customer goals.
• Lead demonstrations showing ROI and impact of ApartmentIQ.
• Own the technical relationship from design to troubleshooting during the sales cycle.
• Launch Pilot Programs: collaborate with Sales and Product on pilots to prove value.
• Translate customer pain points into product requirements for future updates.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor moves; represent the brand at events.
