ApartmentIQ is a remote-first, growth-stage company transforming the rentals industry with AI and data SaaS products. We seek a Senior Product Manager to shape strategic vision and lead discovery and delivery with cross-functional teams across the U.S.

You’ll engage with multifamily operators to uncover needs, validate ideas, and ensure solutions address real problems, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• Experience leading product strategy, roadmaps, and delivery with measurable business impact.
• Proven ability to translate analytics and market signals into product decisions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with data-driven thinking.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders across teams.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and deriving insights from data.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product development process from discovery to launch.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to generate business insights.
• Partner with engineering and design to rapidly develop best-in-class products.
• Define key product metrics and performance indicators to measure success.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and make data-driven decisions.
• Engage deeply with customers to understand buyer and user needs and pain points.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales on field enablement and GTM activities.
• Work with stakeholders to develop and optimize product execution processes.
