Job summary

ApartmentIQ, a PropTech data and martech SaaS company, is seeking a Customer Success Manager for the ApartmentIQ product. You will own relationships, drive renewals, surface expansion opportunities, and advocate for customers across multi-stakeholder accounts.

You'll work remotely from anywhere in the U.S., collaborating with Product, Support, and Marketing to influence roadmaps and ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes. A background in SaaS and data-driven analytics helps.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Customer Success Management.
• Multifamily experience preferred.
• Experience with SaaS products.
• Proven ability to meet monthly benchmarks and metrics.
• Strong communication across multiple personas.
• Self-driven and coachable with growth mindset.
• Collaborative team player in CS org.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships across your book of accounts, developing deep, multi-threaded connections with decision-makers and stakeholders to deeply understand their goals and deepen platform usage."
• Create and document a tailored client success plan for each assigned account and conduct regular business reviews to measure progress and outcomes.
• Stay familiar with ApartmentIQ's full product suite and communicate product, data signals, and value to clients across accounts.
• Partner with Product, Support, and Marketing to inform the roadmap and maintain accurate customer data in the CRM.
